1. In a shallow bottomed dish, add rhubarb preserves, horseradish, olive oil, and bay leaf.
2. Add black pepper, salt, and white wine in it. Mix well.
3. Put pork chops in the dish. Coat it evenly and allow it to marinate for 3 hours or overnight.
4. Remove pork chops from marinade, grill and serve hot.
You can pan fry or even bake pork chops if desired.
