Rhubarb Horseradish Marinade for Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Rhubarb preserve 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Black pepper To Taste, freshly ground
  Sea salt To Taste
  White wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (beer or lukewarm tea)
  Pork chops 3 (or other meat or veggies)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a shallow bottomed dish, add rhubarb preserves, horseradish, olive oil, and bay leaf.
2. Add black pepper, salt, and white wine in it. Mix well.
3. Put pork chops in the dish. Coat it evenly and allow it to marinate for 3 hours or overnight.

SERVING
4. Remove pork chops from marinade, grill and serve hot.

TIPS
You can pan fry or even bake pork chops if desired.
