Marinade For Charcoal-Grilled Steak

Ingredients
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce
  Cooking sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Pepper 1
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Combine tomato sauce, sherry, oil and seasonings; pour into shallow container.
Add steak; cover.
Mari- nate in refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours.
Baste steak with marinade when cooking.
