Salmon Steak Marinade

Ingredients
  Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), pressed (1 Can)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced or passed through a garlic press
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
2. Set aside till required

SERVING
3. Soak any fish or meat in the marinade for at least 30 minutes before serving
