Barbecue Steaks Marinade

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Brown sugar 3 Ounce (75 Gram)
  Whole grain mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Stout 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Onions 2 , finely chopped
  Pepper 1
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan, combine all the ingredients for marinade, and boil for 10 minutes. Simmer for another 10 minutes.

SERVING
2) Let it cool before adding to the steaks.
3) Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
