|Chuck steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut 1 1/2 inch thick|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream sherry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tahini||2 Tablespoon (Sesame Paste)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
Cut steak into serving pieces.
Combine soy sauce, sherry, tahini, and garlic and pour over steak.
Marinate in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours.
Transfer to broiler pan and broil according to preference.
