Steak Marinade

Ingredients
  Chuck steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut 1 1/2 inch thick
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tahini 2 Tablespoon (Sesame Paste)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
Directions

Cut steak into serving pieces.
Combine soy sauce, sherry, tahini, and garlic and pour over steak.
Marinate in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours.
Transfer to broiler pan and broil according to preference.
