Ingredients
  Bay leaves 4
  Thyme/4 sprigs fresh thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole cloves 4
  Whole allspice 6
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Whole peppercorns 6
  Sliced onion 1
  Parsley sprigs 2 , chopped
  Dry red table wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Brandy 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Jigger)
Directions

In a mortar, bruise bay leaves, thyme, cloves, allspice, garlic, and peppercorns.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil and pour over the meat.
Marinate from 4 to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
