Turkey fillets in spicy cilantro marinade is a grill cooked turkey recipe. Made with a zesty tomato juice, soy sauce, and lime juice marinade flavored with cilantro and garlic, the turkey fillets are chilled to mingle flavors. Cooked over hot charcoal with frequent marinade bastes, it is great for outdoor parties or picnics!
  Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Large, quartered
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Minced cilantro/Parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Pepper 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turkey breast steaks 4

Place all ingredients, except turkey, in blender; blend 30 seconds.
Place turkey fillets in large plastic bag; place bag in bowl.
Pour marinade over turkey in bag.
Close bag securely; refrigerate 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Drain turkey fillets; reserve marinade.
Grill turkey, on uncovered grill, over hot Charcoal Briquets 5 minutes on each side or until tender, brushing often with marinade.
