Scallion Honey Marinade For Basic Roast Chicken
|Scallion stalks||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Fresh ginger root slices||3|
|Soy sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Cut scallion stalks in 1/2 inch lengths; mince the garlic and ginger root. Then combine with remaining ingredients, blending well.
