  Red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shallots 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Use to marinate vegetables of your choice from a few hours to several days.
To keep for longer periods, refrigerate until used.
