This beef marinade recipe is a vinegar and oil marinade made with added chopped onions. With worcesrershire sauce for taste, the beef marinade is great with beef roasts or grilled beef.
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire/Meat sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Lean beef chuck/Lean beef round||2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes|
Combine all ingredients except meat, mix well.
Add meat and let marinate 1 to 3 hours.
Skewer meat and roast 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
