Peri Peri Chicken is insanely popular and this marinade will have you whipping up batches of it in no time. Ingredients like red chillies, garlic, onion and garlic powder, thyme, olive oil, ed wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt & pepper make this vibrant marinade.
Ingredients
  Fresh red chillies 3
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme leaves 2 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coarse salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING:

1. Puree the Red Hot chillies.

2. Add to a bowl with all the other ingredients.

SERVING:

3. Use this mixture to marinate Chicken, fish, meat, or even veggies.Cook, serve and enjoy!
