|Packed brown sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
Combine brown sugar and 1/2 cup water; cook until mixture spins a thread.
Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water; add to hot sugar mixture.
Cool for 15 to 20 minutes.
Fold into egg whites.
Pour into lightly greased ring mold; chill for several hours or over- night, until firm.
May serve with sweetened whipped cream piled in center.
