Peppery Maple Grill
|Skinless boneless chicken||1 1⁄4 Pound (1 Package, Perdue® Fit 'N Easy, Fresh)|
|Coarsely ground black pepper||2 Teaspoon|
|Ears of corn||3 , husked and cut into 2 inch pieces|
|Scallions||6 , cut into 3 inch lengths|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Maple syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Prepare outdoor grill for cooking or preheat broiler.
Sprinkle chicken lighdy with salt and press pepper into chicken.
Cut chicken into 2-inch pieces.
On each of 12 skewers, alternately thread light and dark chicken, tomatoes, corn and scallions; brush with oil.
Grill or broil kabobs 6 to 8 inches from heat source 10 minutes.
Baste with maple syrup; continue grilling or broiling about 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through, basting occasionally with syrup
