This mango frappe is an ultimate summer favorite at my place. Made with fresh summer mangoes or bananas in any other season, the mango frappe is flavored with lime juice and vanilla. Thick and creamy, the mango frappe is a joy to serve and sip on.
|Chopped mango/Banana||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
Freeze chopped fruit for 30 minutes.
In a blender container combine the fruit, milk, sugar, lime juice, and vanilla.
Cover; blend till smooth.
With blender running, add ice cubes through lid.
Blend till thick and slushy.
Pour into chilled glasses.
