|Mangoes||2 Large, peeled (ripe)|
|Lime juice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Ginger root||2 Teaspoon, minced (fresh)|
1. Cut mango away from the center pit in slices 1/4 inch thick.
2. Toss the mango slices with the gingerroot and lime juice.
