Ginger-Lime Mangoes

Ingredients
  Mangoes 2 Large, peeled (ripe)
  Lime juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Ginger root 2 Teaspoon, minced (fresh)
Directions

1. Cut mango away from the center pit in slices 1/4 inch thick.
2. Toss the mango slices with the gingerroot and lime juice.
