Mango Fandango Pears
|Vanilla extract||1 Dash|
|Lime juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Pears||3 , sliced vertically|
Peel mango and cut into chunks.
Place mango chunks, lime juice, and vanilla in a food processor or blender.
Process until smooth.
Place pears in a shallow microwave-safe casserole and cover with vented plastic wrap.
Microwave on high for 6 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Place pear slices on small plates.
Top with mango sauce.
