Ingredients
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mango 2 Small, peled, seeded and chop
  Rice vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (natural rice vinegar)
  Ginger 3⁄4 Teaspoon, skinned and sliced
  Kosher salt 1 Pinch
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, add the mangoes, curry powder, salt, orange juice, ginger and natural rice vinegar and blend well.
2. Pour the sauce out into a bowl.

SERVING
3. Serve as a side with chicken breast or other meat.
