Ingredients
  Mangoes 3 Large
  Malted cereal granules 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Layer half the mangoes in greased baking dish; cover with 1/2 cup cereal.
Add lemon juice and lemon rind.
Layer in remaining mangoes; cover with re- maining cereal and brown sugar.
Dot with butter; pour water over top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
