1) Soak the sticky rice for minimum 3 hours or overnight.
2) Wash the rice and microwave it for 3-4 minutes.
3) Then keep it in the refrigerator to cool and to firm.
4) Heat the pan to medium heat and add the coconut cream.
5) Then add the rice and gently stir.
6) Add the water and keep stirring constantly.
7) Then add the sugar and stir.
8) Let the mixture simmer for some time.
9) Meanwhile cut the mango into thin slices.
10) Place the mixture on the plate and top it with the mango.
