Ingredients
  Grape fruit 3
  Papaya 1
  Mango 1
  Sweet pepper 1
  Lightly packed alfalfa sprouts/Radish sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), roughly chopped
  Macadamia nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), roughly chopped
For dressing
  Lime juice 2 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together the lime juice, honey in a bowl
2) Using a whisk, blend in oil and salt
3) Using a sharp knife, peel and dressed the papaya and mango
4) Slice the mango and papaya into small cubes
5) Onto a serving platter, arrange the alfalfa sprouts around the edge
6) Arrange the fruits and red pepper in pattern of one's choice
7) Randomly scatter the chives ad nuts

SERVING
7) Pour the dressing over the salad and serve immediately
