Mango Bhaat

Ingredients
  Rice 450 Gram
  Sweet mango 1 Kilogram, pureed
  Cashews 25 Gram, fried
  Almonds 25 Gram
  Pistachios 25 Gram
  Raisins 25 Gram
  Rose essence/Kewda 5 Drop
  Ghee 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Add 1 kilo water to the pureed mangoes.

MAKING
2) In a pan, heat ghee and add rice. Saute it for 2 minutes and add mango juice.
3) Bring it to a boil and then lower the heat. Cover the pan and cook until rice is done.
4) Add the essence and nuts and cook for 2 minutes.

SERVING
5) Garnish mango bhat with coriander leaves and silver foil.
