Mango Whip

Ingredients
  Ripe mangoes 3 , pulped (good quality)
  Rich milk 1 Liter (creamy)
  Pistachios 5 , crushed
  Fine sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Ice cubes 18
Directions

Boil the milk over a slow fire till ivory in colour. Add the sugar and boil for 7 minutes more. Cool and chill in the refrigerator.
Whisk the mango pulp and pass it through a fine sieve. Then add it to the cold milk and chill.
When the whip is needed, place 3 ice cubes in each tall glass. Whisk the milk and mango juice and pour the frothy liquid into the glasses. Sprinkle with the crushed pistachios and serve at once.
