Easy Mango Mousse

An easy to make Mango Mousse recipe. One of my favorites, this is also a very popular Indian recipe. Please try it and let me know how this Mango Mousse recipe turns out for you.
Ingredients
  Cream 1 Pint
  Mango jelly 2 Ounce (2 Packets)
  Mango puree 1 Can (10 oz)
  Strawberry/Cherry 8
  Sugar 50 Gram
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Mix warm water and mango jelly, add it to mango puree, warm it up, and bring it to room temperature.
2. Whip the cream with little sugar.
3. Fold in the mango mixture and mix well.
4. Pour in cups or bowls and set in fridge for an hour until the mixture is all set.
5. Top it off with whipping cream.
SERVING
6. Serve cold.

hi sunjay u r doing a great service.i am a fan of urs.just one sugg to whip cream in hot weather is to leave d bowl of cream on some ice to speed up d process.best wishes
