Easy Mango Mousse
|Mango jelly||2 Ounce (2 Packets)|
|Mango puree||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Mix warm water and mango jelly, add it to mango puree, warm it up, and bring it to room temperature.
2. Whip the cream with little sugar.
3. Fold in the mango mixture and mix well.
4. Pour in cups or bowls and set in fridge for an hour until the mixture is all set.
5. Top it off with whipping cream.
6. Serve cold.
