Salad Of Papaya Mango And Grapefruit

Ingredients
  Grapefruit sections 2 Cup (32 tbs) (About 2 Large Grapefruit)
  Peeled mangoes 2 , each cut into 12 wedges (Choose Ripe Ones)
  Peeled papaya 1 , cut into thin slices (Choose Ripe Ones)
  Fresh lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Extra-virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh mint 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine juice, oil, salt, and pepper, stirring with a whisk.
Drizzle dressing over fruit, sprinkle with mint.
Toss gently to combine.
