Pineapple Mango Ice Milk

Ingredients
  Chopped pineapple 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Fresh)
  Chopped ripe mango 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Evaporated skimmed milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lime juice 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Rum extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender.
Top with cover; process until smooth.
Add milk, lime juice, and rum extract; process until blended.
Pour mixture into freezer can of a 4-quart hand-turned or electric freezer.
Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Let ripen 1 hour, if desired.
If desired, scoop 1/2-cup portions of ice milk into baby pineapple shells, and garnish with edible flowers.
