Ingredients
  Mango 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (ripe, peeled)
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
  Ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground
  Cardamom 1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground
Directions

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process on high speed until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
