Crema De Mango
|Ripe mangoes||4 Pound (5 Pieces)|
|Fresh lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Heavy cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), whipped|
|Diced pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oranges||2 Large, peeled, seeded, diced, and drained|
|Sugar||4 Tablespoon (Or More)|
|Fresh mint leaves||1 Tablespoon|
Peel, seed, and puree mangoes with lime juice in a food processor or blender.
Transfer mango puree to a large bowl, fold in the whipped cream, pecans, and drained orange pieces.
Sweeten to taste with sugar.
Spoon into dessert bowls or glasses.
