Peach Mango Coulis

Ingredients
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Peaches 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Mangoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Peach juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a saucepan, bring to a boil water and sugar.
Add fruit and juice.
Simmer 3 minutes.
Dilute cornstarch in a little water.
Pour into saucepan.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
For a smoother coulis, run mixture through blender, then a sieve.
