Mango Onion Preserve
|Grated green mango||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Cumin seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Turmeric powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan.
Place The cumin seeds in it.
When they start to move around add the rest the seasoning ingredients and stir fry for 30 seconds.
Then add the rest of the ingredients and cook till it becomes well mended and of a spreading consistency.
Take off the flame and leave to cool.
Store in an airtight glass jar in the, refrigerator.
