Quick Macaroni And Cheese
|Macaroni/Noodles||1⁄2 Pound (250 Gram)|
|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
|Milk||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Butter||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||500 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
In large pot of boiling salted water, cook noodles according to package directions or until al dente (tender but firm); drain well and return to pot.
Add eggs, milk and butter and toss to mix.
Stir in cheese and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is slightly thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
