Macaroni Cheese

Ingredients
  Macaroni 3 Ounce (75 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Cheese sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Made With 3/4 Pint Milk Etc., As Explained In Method)
For the topping
  Crisp breadcrumbs 1 Ounce (25 Grams)
  Grated cheddar cheese/Other cheese 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water for the time given on the packet.
Strain.
Make the sauce.
If serving the dish at once and browning it under the grill, you can use 300 ml/1/2 pint sauce.
If you are preparing ahead, so the dish is ready to reheat, you need the larger amount of sauce, as the pasta absorbs this during standing.
If cooking under the grill, use a flameproof dish.
Mix the hot macaroni and hot sauce, put into the dish, top with the breadcrumbs and cheese and brown under a preheated grill.
If cooking in the oven, make the larger amount of sauce and mix with the macaroni.
Put into an ovenproof dish, top with the breadcrumbs and cheese.
Cook in a preheated oven set to 190°C/375°F, Gas Mark 5 for 25 to 30 minutes.
