Macaroni With Anchovies
|Canned anchovy fillets||2 Ounce (Drained)|
|Olive oil/Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Macaroni||1 Pound (Cooked Until Tender In Boiling Salted Water)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Chop the anchovies and cook them in the oil or butter, stirring to make a paste.
Add the tomato sauce and parsley; bring to a boil.
Combine the sauce with the macaroni in a heat-proof dish and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Dot with butter and bake until thoroughly heated.
