Twisty Macaroni And Cheese
|Elbow macaroni/Corkscrew||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Frozen broccoli cuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pasteurized processed cheese spread||8 Ounce|
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, place bacon in a 1 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole.
Cover and cook in a microwave oven on 100% (high) power for 1 to 2 minutes or till crisp; drain and crumble.
Use a paper towel to wipe out the casserole.
In same casse combine broccoli and water.
Micro-cook on high for 3 to 5 miutes or till crisp tender; drain.
Stir in process cheese spread.
Micro-cook, uncovered, on high for 1 minute.
Stir in cooked macaroni.
Micro cook on high for 2 to 3 minutes or till heated through, stirring once.
Sprinkle with bacon.
