Easy Microwaved Macaroni And Cheese
|Elbow macaroni||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), uncooked (Uncooked)|
|Hot water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Diced process american cheese||20 Ounce|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine macaroni and water in 9-inch microproof baking dish.
Double-wrap tightly with plastic wrap and cook on HI, 9 to 10 minutes, or until noodles are cooked but still firm.
Pour off any remaining water.
Stir in cheese, butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook on HI, 6 minutes, stirring once.
