Macaroni Lafayette

Ingredients
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Whole wheat macaroni 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat flour 4 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small
  Tamari soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Pound
  Blue cheese 4 Ounce
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Drop the macaroni into the boiling water.
Cook until barely tender, about 5 minutes.
All the water should be absorbed.
Place the macaroni in a 2 quart baking dish.
Heat the oil in a saucepan.
Stir in the flour, onion, tamari, mustard, and salt, stirring constantly until mixture simmers.
Slowlv add the milk, stirring constantly.
Cook until the sauce thickens.
Add the cheeses.
Stir until cheese melts.
Pour the sauce over the macaroni in the baking dish.
Stir gently.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 Degree.
