Skillet Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredients
  Unrefined oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1
  Whole wheat spaghetti/2 cups whole wheat macaroni or noodles 8 Ounce
  Tamari soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Heat a large skillet.
Add the oil, and onion if desired, and saute 5 minutes.
Add macaroni and stir until it is heated thoroughly.
Add the tamari and grated cheese.
Cover and steam a few minutes on low heat until the cheese melts.
