|Cheddar cheese||250 Milliliter|
|Dry mustard||2 Milliliter|
|Fresh ground pepper||1 Milliliter|
Microwave the macaroni.
Mix together the cheese, mustard and pepper.
Butter an 8 x 8-inch (20 x 20 cm) microwave-safe baking dish and fill with layers of macaroni and cheese mixture.
Pour the milk and cream over all, mix well.
You may, to taste, sprinkle with either paprika, finely minced chives, 3 to 4 minced green onions or fresh minced parsley.
Microwave, uncovered, 10 minutes at MEDIUM.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
