Quick Skillet Supper
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Dried dill weed||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned mixed vegetables||32 Ounce|
|Canned beef broth||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Uncooked elbow macaroni||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream||8 Ounce|
|Canned french fried onion rings||3 Ounce|
Cook ground beef in a large skillet until browned, stirring to crumble; drain off pan drippings.
Stir in next 6 ingredients; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Stir in sour cream and 1/2 can onion rings.
Cook until mixture is thoroughly heated.
Sprinkle with remaining onion rings.
