Macaroni And Cheese A La King In Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
  Cooked elbow macaroni 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned mushroom soup 10 Ounce
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄2
  Diced pimento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pimento juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crushed crackers 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except crackers, and spread mixture in a greased baking dish.
Add about 1/2 cup milk if you want a moister consistency.
Sprinkle with crackers, and bake at 350°F. 35-40 minutes.
