Macaroni And Cheese Nouvelle

Ingredients
  Small elbow macaroni 8 Ounce (1 Pack)
  Onion 1
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  White cheddar cheese/Cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a pot of, fill in 3 quarts of water to boil with the lid on
2) Once the water starts to boil, tip in the macaroni
3) In the meantime, using a sharp knife, finely chop the onions and garlic
4) Into a colander, drain the cooked macaroni and keep aside to cool
5) Into the same pot, melt some butter and saute the onion and garlic till tender
6) Add the macaroni, milk cheese, salt and pepper
7) Once the mixture stars to boil, take off from the flame and sprinkle with paprika

SERVING
8) Serve the macaroni hot
