All in One Macaroni

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 14 Ounce, mashed
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Basil 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Elbow macaroni 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In Dutch oven or large saucepan heat cooking oil.
2) Add meat, onion and garlic and sauté until brown.
3) Stir in the remaining 9 ingredients.
4) Boil the mixture.
5) Cover and simmer the macaroni stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
