Easy Microwaved Macaroni And Cheese

Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red pepper sauce 4 Drop
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese/1 cup each shredded cheddar and swiss cheese 8 Ounce (2 Cups)
  Elbow macaroni 7 Ounce, cooked, drained
  Seasoned dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place 3 tablespoons margarine in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Blend in flour, salt, mustard, pepper and red pepper sauce.
Stir in milk.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until thickened, 4 to 6 minutes, blending with wire whisk once or twice during cooking.
Stir in cheese.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) to soften cheese, 30 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds.
Stir in macaroni.
Place 3 tablespoons margarine in small bowl.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Stir in bread crumbs; sprinkle over casserole.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) until heated through, 5 to 7 minutes.
