Chili Mac

Chili is an all time favorite classic recipe. Whether you are making it for the first time or are an expert a great recipe like this is chili mac going to ensure that you enjoy every bit of it
Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni 8 Ounce
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Kidney beans 1 Pound, can
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Fat 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Brush large skillet with small amount of fat; add ground beef and onion.
Cook until browned.
Add macaroni, 1 cup water, chili powder, salt and kidney beans.
Cover; simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Top with cheese; place over low heat until cheese melts.
