Macaroni With Peas

Ingredients
  Macaroni 8 Ounce (Preferably Shell Macaroni)
  Boiling salted water 1 1⁄2 Pint
  Carrot 1 Large, peeled and diced small
  Peas 4 Ounce (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Vegetable oil/1 ounce butter 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Evaporated milk 4 Tablespoon
  Cheese 4 Ounce, cubed
  Red pepper strip/Finely chopped fresh pepper 1 Tablespoon (Tinned)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Cook the macaroni in the rapidly boiling water for 5 minutes, stir in the carrots and boil for further 5 minutes.
2) Then stir in the peas and allow to boil further for 5 minutes.
3) Mix in the onion and oil or butter, cover and cook until almost dry and the macaroni is just tender.
4) Turn off the heat, stir in the cheese and milk, season well to taste.

SERVING
5) Spoon in a hot casserole or dish, garnish with the red peppers and serve immediately.
