|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chili sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Tabasco sauce||2 Drop|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Onion||1 Medium, minced|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until just tender.
Drain, and rinse with cold water.
Place in bowl and combine with cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper.
Turn into a greased casserole and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese, then return to the oven for a few minutes before serving.
