Lamb Chop And Macaroni Skillet

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Lamb shoulder chops 4 (About 1/2-Inch Thick)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Dehydrated onion soup mix 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shell macaroni 8 Ounce (3 Cups)
  Frozen mixed vegetables 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a 10-inch skillet melt butter.
2) Mix lamb and cook on low heat till brown.
3) Cook covered for 30 minutes till lamb is cooked.
4) Take out lamb and store the dripping.
5) Pour water to lamb drippings and boil.
6) Stir in soup mix, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
7) Put shell macaroni and mixed vegetables. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
8) Mix lamb and sherry and cook stirring for 5 minutes.

SERVING
9) Serve immediately.
