Peas and Shell Macaroni
|Peas||3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked|
|Shell macaroni||1⁄2 Pound, cooked, drained|
|Oil||4 Tablespoon, divided|
|Parsley||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoon of butter and oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; stir to mix, cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Serve Peas and Shell Macaroni in individual plates and pass with the bowl of cheese.
