Shell Macaroni With Shrimp

Ingredients
  Shell macaroni 8 Ounce, uncooked (2 1/2 Cups)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned shrimp 4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, saute onion and garlic in oil until onio4n is tender, but not brown.
Add tomato juice, parsley and shrimp; cook, stirring often, about 2 minutes, or until parsley is wilted.
Season to taste.
Toss with hot macaroni.
