Macaroni With Prawns Shrimp

Ingredients
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed / minced
  Red chilli 1 , seeded and chopped
  Canned tomatoes 14 Ounce, drained and mashed (1 1/2 Cup / 400 Gram)
  Shelled prawns 12 Ounce (1 1/2 Cup, 350 Gram - Shrimp)
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Freshly ground black pepper 1
  Thyme sprig 1
  Bay leaf 1
  Parsley sprigs 1
  Macaroni 14 Ounce (3 1/2 Cup, 400 Gram)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Cucumber slice 4
Directions

Put the oil in a bowl and cook for 30 seconds. Add the garlic and chilli (chili) and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the prawns (shrimp) and lemon juice, sprinkle with black pepper and add the herbs. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Put the macaroni in a bowl and just cover with boiling water. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of oil, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Leave to stand for 3 minutes. Reheat the sauce if necessary.
Drain the pasta and mix in the sauce.
Garnish with cucumber slices.
