Macaroni Cheese Fritters Vegetarian
|Green chilies||5 Gram|
|Coriander leaves||1⁄8 Bunch (12.5 gm)|
|Bengal gram||55 Gram|
|Soda bicarbonate||1 Pinch|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying, Normally 30 Milliliter Is Absorbed)|
1. Boil macaroni by the absorption method.
2. Make a thick batter with gram flour and water. Add chopped onion, coriander, chillies; also soda, macaroni, cheese and lime juice.
3. Heat oil. Drop teaspoons of mixture into hot oil. When brown remove. Drain and serve with chutney.
